Please have a look at our rental places in Fort Lauderdale & Nice (French Riviera) on our website. Love to host pleasant people-- not difficult or picky guests :-)
Happy to host you if you are easy-going and laid back. We don't deal well with difficult, hard-to-please guests. That's not our style- we're informal. Old Victorian, renovated-- but with many things left the old way. Very individualistic rooms, designer linens and colors. Lots of amenities-- ceiling fans, central air and heat, W-Fi, iMac for guests use, free U.S. phone calling, expanded cable, French TV Monde 5, movie/books library- DVDs, front porch, courtyard garden, self-serve Continental breakfast.
Nice, unique showers and baths (old, claw-foot tub in one room, Swedish shower in another, etc.) Cable TV, VCR, DVD in each room. Wi-Fi throughout. Steps from French Quarter and close to Convention Center (30 min. walk, or short trolley ride).
Please call us for more information or to "feel us out." The three main reasons people stay with us are: 1) Price 2) Helpful, knowledgeable hosts; 3) Great location.
Ray also sells real estate and paints (acrylic on canvas).
This isn't The Ritz, and we don't pretend to be :-)
It's just a nice, fun, convenient place to stay-- with cheerful, helpful hosts.
A complimentary Continental, self-serve breakfast (bagels, toast, fresh fruit) is available from 7 till 10 a.m.
Kim lived and worked in Israel, and Ray lived in worked in Germany and France. We have lots of guests and friends visiting from Europe and England, and Australia too.
