This 150 year old cyprus house is located on the Mississippi River, two blocks from the new Federal City Complex and 16 blocks and ferry across the river to the French Quarter. Neighborhood like living in country; grocery store with great carry-out just down the block; bus stop in front goes cross river every hour; plenty of parking available; walk, jog and fish on the Levee of the beautiful Mississippi river. Walk out your door to an all year round vegetable garden and sit on your back patio and "watch the mighty ships cruise by as the Seagulls and Pelicans fly."
